I never dreamed I would give Hayes his first haircut but it started looking so bad! He had a weird combination of what Tom calls a "skullet," i.e. a mullet when you are balding on top, and a Donald Trump comb-over. After discussing a complete shaving with my mom, I decided to just cut off the skullet and leave the comb-over on top. The process took four days (he seemed to know what I was doing when I got near him with the scissors), so from the first day until I got all of the skullet cut off, it looked HORRIBLE. I really butchered his poor hair. Fortunately, his baby hair has mostly fallen out now and so you can't really tell anymore. Phew. Next time he gets a haircut, I will be paying to have it done.
