Apple Hill

Right before my birthday, we took Hayes up the foothills to Apple Hill. It was one of my favorite places to visit when I was little and I am excited to pass on the tradition in my family. Apple Hill can get really really busy in October, but in September it is less crowded and really beautiful. Since we played hooky and went up on a Thursday, it was perfect. Check out Hayes in his cool kids sunglasses. He actually doesn't seem to mind wearing them.
